We have a team of Assistant Care Managers who make regular visits to ensure that the service is satisfactory. Spot checks are also carried out as part of our Monitoring and Quality Assurance systems and any concerns are immediately conveyed to the Principal Care Manager for action.

Complaints |
Our primary concern is that the Service User is satisfied with the service we provide. But things can go wrong and when this happens we want to know. Most problems can be solved by talking with your Care Worker. However, this may not always be the case and we encourage Service User's to complain, either by telephone or in writing to the Principal Care Manager. As a member of the UKHCA we have adopted their complaints procedure and a copy of how this works is given to every Service User. |

Conditions of Service |
Details of our conditions of service are available on request. These explain the contract which comes into force between AG Care and the Service User once a service is provided. You will see that we take all reasonable care in checking the type of person we provide as a carer and make sure they have the appropriate skills and attitude. We have sufficient insurance to protect the Service User against costs incurred in respect of acts for which AG Care can be held liable in law. |
