I gained vast experience while working as a carer and this has equipped me to deal with challenges that this field can offer. I enjoy working as part of a team with ag care. The most satisfying aspect of my work is able to touch and make a difference to lives of elderly and most vulnerable in our community. |

I started 4 years ago as a care worker, during this time I enjoyed working with people with different needs and different backgrounds. | after working for a large supermarket chain for nearly 20 yrs i decided it was time for a change. i joined ag care 18 months ago as an invoice clerk. i have now moved on to payroll which i really enjoy.i enjoy working at ag care as it is a smaller company to what i am used to and therefore i dont feel like i am just a number and i feel i get much more job satisfaction. |
